Project delays caused by missing information or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

5. Payments

Invoices must be paid by the agreed due date. Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of work, or additional administrative fees where permitted by law.

All payments made are subject to the agreed project terms.

6. Changes & Additional Work

Any work requested outside the approved project scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately.

Additional development, revisions, integrations, or consulting services may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Clients retain ownership of content and materials they provide.
• Ownership of completed project deliverables transfers upon full payment.
• AI Tech Loom retains ownership of proprietary frameworks, development methodologies, reusable code libraries, internal tools, and intellectual property developed independently of the client's project.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may integrate third-party software, APIs, hosting providers, cloud platforms, plugins, or external services.

AI Tech Loom is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy updates, discontinued services, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

9. Website & Software Maintenance

Unless covered under an active maintenance agreement, clients are responsible for ongoing software updates, hosting, backups, security monitoring, and maintenance after project completion.

Maintenance services may be purchased separately.

10. SEO & Marketing Results

While we follow industry best practices, AI Tech Loom cannot guarantee:

• Specific search engine rankings
• Sales increases
• Lead generation targets
• Advertising performance
• Website traffic improvements

Results vary depending on competition, industry, search engine algorithms, advertising platforms, and market conditions.

11. AI Solutions

AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies or require human review.

Clients are responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving AI-generated content, recommendations, automation workflows, or business decisions before implementation.

AI Tech Loom is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose proprietary business information except where required by law or agreed in writing.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Tech Loom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.

Clients remain responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.

Completed work, deliverables, and intellectual property rights remain subject to payment obligations.

15. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Use our website for unlawful purposes.
• Interfere with the operation or security of our website.
